Pioneer 1000-6 dash gets hot after 20 mins

I got a 2023 Pioneer 1000-6 and I was using it as usual on my property earlier this week. Everything was running great but after 20 minutes of riding, the dash seemed to be getting very hot. I felt around the different sections of the dash and it was noticeably hot. This is the first time I've experienced this so I couldn't really pinpoint what might've caused it. Anyone else with a 2023 1000-6 experienced this? Just want to see if this is normal and should I be alarmed? Thanks for any input!

Yeah, the Pioneer dashes do get warm, especially after longer runs since heat from the radiator and engine builds up behind the plastics. Usually normal, but if it's really hot, check coolant flow and fan operation.

I agree that some heat is normal, but it's worth checking if your unit has a recalled part.
Honda recently recalled some accessory heaters for the Pioneer 1000 models due to a fire and burn hazard.
You can check your VIN on the Honda Powersports website to see if your vehicle is affected. If it is, the dealership will fix it for free, which might solve your problem
