Looking at manual wipers for a 2022 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 Forest with the 2 piece poly split windshield. What's everyone using with this setup? Any recommendations or setups that actually work well?

The Seizmik manual wiper kit worked well on my pioneer. You can also look for the Kolpin manual viper, I've heard it's also good, more budget friendly but a bit smaller than the seizmik.

A couple guys I ride with drilled in near the top edge of the upper panel and fitted basic hand-crank wipers, main thing is making sure you seal the mounting hole properly so it doesn't rattle or let water in cos some of the cheaper kits have weird mounts that don't seat well on poly

I know a few who are using a universal hand-operated wiper. Valchoose and Kemimoto both make decent affordable options available on Amazon or other UTV parts sites. You'll need to drill a hole in the windshield for installation, which is straightforward. Just remember it's a manual pull so you're doing the work!

That's a smart idea! I've watched a few friends use those Valchoose manual wipers on their split windshields. One of them even set his up during a camping trip while it was pouring rain, using a cordless drill right at the trailhead. It wasn't anything extravagant, but it performed really well and kept them going. It's a straightforward setup that gets the job done.
